Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

• Load bank testing of new and used generator sets
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing problems with control and mechanical systems
• Repair of customer and MQ owned power generation equipment
• Guiding less experienced technicians in the repair of equipment as required
• Dispatched to different client locations
• Ability to work overtime as requested
• Overnight travel as required

• Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
• 2 to 3 years experience with power generation equipment service and repair; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and schematics
• Understanding of AC and DC theory; mechanical aptitude
• Experience with major repair or overhaul of engine driven equipment
