The new Rammax Viper trench roller from Multiquip hosts a maintenance-free Articulation design and a unique Oscillation joint feature that provides reliable stability on uneven surfaces and distributes advanced compaction in challenging areas.

A patented Z-frame design with overlapping drums on the Rammax Viper trench roller leaves no space for the un-compacted. Equal amplitude to all four drums is distributed by its SCT Straight Compaction Technology while its internal drum scrapers prevent material build up between drums allowing them to turn freely.

Powered by a Lombardini engine, the Rammax Viper trench roller delivers 2,460 vpm and reaches centrifugal forces up to 15,543 lbs. To keep operation temperatures low, the Rammax Viper is equipped with a large engine cooler. Radiator protection is also enhanced by the steel frame of the roller. Its patented easy access Exciter System allows fast and efficient repair and maintenance reducing down time.

Other highlights include dual receiving eyes position to eliminate all blind spots and ensure uninterrupted signals, charge-free solar powered remote and dual control-cables and infrared as a backup option.

Standard features consist of a simple drive system, an automatic idle control, a failure diagnostic system for quick troubleshooting, and heavy-duty maintenance-free latches that secure the front and rear cowlings.
